Addendum to Posting - Schedule Charts

Some charts for your reading pleasure. The Gantt chart - I could not fit to a page, but hopefully you can see what I am trying to do. I feel that perhaps its a bit more detailed than most but I think it's beneficial for me because we are usually spending time with generational families, etc. Am not able to get these attached to my blog for some reason....go to my weebly site for the attachments (Gantt, network diagram and schedule)

  1. Great Gantt chart postings. Demonstrating your planned schedules to funders is important, rhetorically, in order to demonstrate the logic of your proposed plan of action. Showing relationships between tasks can build the confidence of your funders, for instance. Well done here.

  2. I checked out your GAntt chart, and I'm impressed by the amount of information it contains! My only suggestion is for you to make it "user-friendly". I wasn't quite sure how it works yet; I see a Ganttt Chart but I didn't see horizontal bars to indicate the duration of tasks. In the Network Diagram, I did see some labeled tasks but there weren't column headings to guide my thinking. You must have organized this in such a way but it wasn't just coming thru as clear to me. Please explain.
Looking forward to pieces of your proposal or perhaps any questions I can throw in my two cents.

  3. Nice comment, Elizabeth, very helpful. Yes, making sure your readers can read the chart very quickly and readily is important. Nice point.
